Start with the symptom

What is your water doing?

You don’t need to know which part failed. Tell us what changed and we’ll take it from there.

  • No water at all

Every tap is dry, even with fixtures open.

  • Weak pressure

Flow is low everywhere, or drops when another tap runs.

  • Comes and goes

    Water returns, then stops again.

  • Sputtering taps

Air in the lines, or flow that surges and fades.

No water? Call Duckett now. We can almost always be there today.

Why Duckett

Same day, almost every time. Priced before we start.

Two promises we keep, in our customers’ own words from Google.

Sometimes under 2 hours

Promise 1 · Same day

There today, almost every time.

Almost every visit happens the same day you call. Sometimes we’re at the door within two hours.

  • “From the time I called the office, a technician was at my house in 9 minutes.”
  • “Fast, friendly and efficient - went the extra mile to purchase needed garbage disposal and install same day.”

Then the work starts

Promise 2 · Written price

The price in writing, first.

The technician finds the cause and writes down the price before any work starts. You decide from there.

  • “…they came out. Diagnosed the problem. Got it fixed at an unbelievable fair rate…”
  • “…did the job in a timely manner, extremely fair priced, cleaned up the site…”

Why homeowners call Duckett

Know who’s coming. Before the first call.

Read what customers say on Google, then call. Duckett starts with what your well is doing and explains the options before any work begins.

These guys are awesome. I called and they were on it the next day. We had a water line installed from home down to dock, had a sewer leak, a toilet running, a hot water heater installed and low water pressure. They repaired everything. All the employees were so kind and done more that what they were supposed to do. I highly recommend this company to do a great job.

My son recently inherited a 1945 mill home from his grandparents. The home needs a complete rehab, but we were looking to make it livable until the spring. It’s in a very small town and plumbers willing to take the job are limited. From the very first phone call late on a Friday afternoon about a big water leak, to the completion of the job, Duckett Plumbing exceeded my expectations. These guys are so knowledgeable. They provided me with solid options based on our needs and budget. Wayne was the best! He completed all the work on our very necessary bathroom fixes. New toilet, new shower fixtures and new shower surround. He’s thoughtful of his work and provided the best customer experience. He went so far above and beyond what was requested.

Where the water can stop

A well system has to draw, pressurize and deliver water. A fault anywhere along the way can leave the taps dry or weak.

  • Pump and powerWhether the pump is running and getting power.
  • Pressure switchWhether it’s telling the pump to start and stop.
  • Pressure tankWhether it’s holding and delivering pressure.
  • Piping and leaksBreaks or restrictions between the well and the house.

No water and low pressure

Common questions when the well stops.

Many problems share the same symptoms, so the answer comes from the diagnosis.

What usually causes no water from a well?

It can be the pump, the pressure switch, the tank, a power problem or a break in the piping. The diagnosis works through each one.

Why is my pressure low in every tap?

Whole-house low pressure often points to the well system rather than a single fixture. The pump, tank, switch and piping are all checked.

Is it safe to keep running water?

If the pump is running without delivering water, it’s best to call and describe what’s happening before running it further.

Will I know the cost before work starts?

Yes. You’ll review the findings, the work needed and the pricing before any repair begins.

Can you come out at night or on weekends?

Yes, 7 days a week. Duckett works 7am–7pm every day, and calls are answered 24/7. For a real emergency after hours, call and the team will tell you how soon someone can get there.
